More than 20 years ago, we ventured into the real estate industry with a small building located in the historic 10 block area, which was originally planned by Lieutenant-Governor John Graves Simcoe in the late 18th century. This location would later become Toronto, playing a vital role in the growth, development, and success of Canada’s largest city. Additionally, it served as the bedrock for 10 Block’s own aspirations in property development within the GTA and beyond.
